About Receipt Maker

Receipt Maker is a set of free tools for the paperwork that small businesses, landlords, freelancers and nonprofits do every week: receipts, rent receipts, payment receipts, donation receipts and estimates. Each tool works in your browser, makes a clean PDF and does not ask you to sign in.

We built it because most receipt and invoice tools ask you to sign up before you can download anything. Here you can fill in a form, see the document as you type and download it straight away. The next one is a click away, because the tool remembers your details on your own device.

What it is for

Receipts for your own sales and services, rent you really received for your own rentals, payment receipts for money you received, donation receipts for gifts to your organization and estimates for your own jobs. It is not for copying other businesses' receipts or for documenting payments that did not happen. Rules about receipts and deposits differ by state and city, so check your local rules.

Landlords

There is a rent receipt maker, a free printable rent receipt template in PDF and Word, and a security deposit receipt.

Free, with an optional paid plan

Everything is free. If you want your PDFs without the small "Made with Receipt Maker" line, there is a 30-day pass and a Pro plan. You sign in with Google only when you buy.
