Documents you make

Receipts, rent receipts, security deposit receipts, payment receipts, donation receipts and estimates are created in your browser. What you type into the form, your logo and the PDF stay on your device and are not sent to our servers. The blank templates are made in your browser too.

If "Remember these details on this device" is on, your business details, your logo, your current draft, the next document number and your 20 most recent documents are stored in your browser's local storage. Untick the box to delete them, or clear this site's data in your browser settings.

Signing in and payments

The free tools never ask you to sign in. You sign in with Google only when you buy a 30-day pass or Pro, or to get a plan you already bought on another device. When you do, we store in Supabase (our database provider) your email address, your name and your Google account id. We use them to tell who owns a plan and to set the email on your Stripe receipt. We do not receive your Google password.

Payments are handled by Stripe on its own page. Stripe collects your card details; we never see or store them. We store your Stripe customer id, your plan, and its expiry or subscription id. The sign-in session is kept in this browser's local storage, together with a copy of your plan that lets the tools work offline. Sign out on the account page to remove them from this browser.

When you download a premium template, your browser sends your sign-in token to our server, which checks your plan and sends back the file. The files are blank templates, so nothing you type is involved. Our server log keeps the time, the request path, the result and a hashed form of your IP address, and no token, email or name.

To delete your account and the data above, email us at [email protected]. Stripe keeps its own payment records as the law requires.

Advertising and analytics

We may show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com. We may use privacy-friendly analytics that count page views without identifying you.
