Questions people ask
What is free?
All of it. The makers, the downloads, the blank templates in PDF and Word, and saving your details on your own device are free, and you do not need to sign in. Free documents have one small line at the bottom: "Made with Receipt Maker". Paying removes that line.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Pro is a subscription that renews until you cancel it. Cancel in the Stripe portal (use Manage subscription on your account page) and Pro ends at the end of the period you have paid for. The 30-day pass is a single payment and never renews.
What does the 30-day pass include?
The same as Pro today, for 30 days from the day you pay: documents without the "Made with" line, and downloads of the premium templates (three designs each of seven document types, in PDF and Word). As many as you like. It does not renew, so you never need to cancel it.
Do I need to sign in?
Only to buy, and to get your plan back on another device. The free tools never ask you to sign in. To buy, you sign in with Google, so the pass or Pro belongs to your Google account. On a new device, sign in with the same Google account and your plan is there.
What about refunds?
If something is wrong, email [email protected] within 7 days of paying and we will refund you.
Is my card safe?
Payments are handled by Stripe on its own page. We never see or store your card number. For your account we keep your email, your name and your Google account id (in Supabase), plus the Stripe customer id, your plan and its expiry date.
What will Pro add later?
Today Pro removes the footer line and includes the premium templates while you are subscribed. We plan to add saved tenants and properties, one click to make all of a month's rent receipts, saved customers and items, emailing receipts, and a cloud history. Those features are not built yet, and the price may change for new subscribers when they are.
What are the premium templates?
Designer versions of the blank templates: a rent receipt book, payment receipt, cash receipt, donation receipt, receipt, estimate and quote, each in Classic, Modern and Minimal, with a logo area, as a PDF and an editable Word file. You can preview every design on the premium templates page. The plain free blank templates stay free.
