How premium downloads work
Pick a design and choose PDF or Word. Your browser asks our server for the file with your sign-in, the server checks that your Pro subscription or 30-day pass is active, and the file downloads. Nothing you type into a template is ever sent to us: the files are blank. The pricing page has the plans, and your account page shows when yours ends.
Questions people ask
What is the difference between the free and the premium templates?
The free blank templates on the maker pages are plain, one layout per document, and always free. The premium ones come in three designs (Classic, Modern and Minimal) with a logo area, a styled header, shaded or ruled item tables and room to write by hand. Each design is a print-ready PDF and an editable Word file.
Who can download them?
Anyone with an active Pro subscription or an unexpired 30-day pass. Sign in with the Google account you paid with. The check happens on our server each time you download, so a plan that has ended no longer unlocks new downloads.
Do I keep the files if I cancel?
A file you have downloaded stays on your device and you can keep using it for your own documents. To download more premium templates you need an active plan.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Each design has a dashed logo area. In the Word file, click into the logo box, delete the placeholder text and insert your logo as a picture. In the PDF, print the page and stick or print your logo on it, or use the Word file.
Can I change the wording and the colors in Word?
Yes. The Word files are ordinary tables and text, so you can edit labels, change colors and fonts, add rows and save your own copy as a reusable template. Fonts are Times New Roman (Classic), Calibri (Modern) and Arial (Minimal); Word substitutes a similar font if one is missing.
Are the premium templates free of the Made with line?
Yes. They never carry the "Made with Receipt Maker" line, and the free blank templates drop it for Pro and pass holders too.
Which documents are included?
Rent receipt book (three receipts per page), payment receipt, cash receipt, donation receipt, receipt, estimate and quote. More kinds can be added later; nothing here is promised beyond what is on this page today.
